Today I read blog post on politicalpunch about Obama’s announcement for US troops withdrawal.
President Obama said today that the U.S. has accomplished a “big chunk” of its mission in Afghanistan and that he will be making an announcement about the size of the troop withdrawal from the war-torn country “soon.”
Anwar al-Awlaki is the Osama’s successor. But some analyst said that he is not too dangerous.
But some analysts say that while Mr. Awlaki’s propaganda skills are undimmed, there is little evidence that he wields significant influence in Al Qaeda’s leadership, and has limited power even on the Arabian peninsula.
US operation few weeks ago succeed to kill Osama. But Al Qaeda has many option for the successor. Several US terrorism expert said that there are evidence Anwar al-Awlaki is the next Osama.
There is evidence that Anwar al-Awlaki, the American-born Muslim cleric in Yemen who has been linked to the Fort Hood, Texas, massacre and other plots in the U.S., is angling to succeed Osama bin Laden by inspiring more terrorist attacks against the U.S., Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, said on Friday.
al-Awlaki was linked to the Fort Hood massacre. It means, that he has a reputation. He has potential, resources and skills to continue Osama’s ambition.
A top al-Qaida commander and possible replacement for Osama bin Laden was killed in an American drone-fired missile strike close to the Afghan border, a fax from the militant group he heads and a Pakistani intelligence official said today.
I believe that Kashmiri’s death is not a serious problem for Al Qaeda. For years, Al Qaeda has built their secret network and strategy. Therefore, Al Qaeda have a wide range of option to fill Kashmiri’s previous position. Al Qaeda’s strength for this situation is tested through years of battle with various Western imperialist such as England and United States.
Currently, NATO is a genocide body. For days, NATO have killed hundreds of civilian in Libya. Even worse, for years NATO maybe killed hundreds of civilian in Afghanistan. Recent case occured few days ago when NATO mistakenly killed a group of children and women in Southern Helman Province, Afghanistan. For a long time, there is absent of world leaders criticism. But currently, there is a good news. Afghan’s president, Hamid Karzai, bravely speak up. He gave his last warning for NATO.
Angered by civilian casualties, the Afghan president, Hamid Karzai, has said he will no longer allow Nato air strikes on houses, issuing his strongest statement yet against methods that the military alliance says are key to its war on Taliban insurgents.
I think, everybody should support Karzai’s last warning for genocide coalition body like NATO.
