Will Zuma Succed?

with one comment

This week, Jacob Zuma will have a diplomatic visit to Libya. The main purpose is to mediate current conflict between NATO and Gadhafi. According to nwsource:

President Jacob Zuma’s mediation trip to Libya this week will test the relevance of the increasingly discredited African Union as well as an old friendship between South Africa’s governing party and strongman Moammar Gadhafi.

Unofficially, Zuma will talk about exit strategy for Gadhafi. In other words, Zuma will persuade Gadhafi to step down. The Question, will he succeed? So far, Gadhafi is still intransigent and stubborn. I believe, without any changes on Gadhafi’s economic and military power, Zuma’s visit may be failed.
